Looking back: Best of 2010

January 12, 2011

2011 is already beginning to look promising, with our phone lines abuzz with enquiries from the newly engaged and lots of new partnerships and collaborations. We’re anxious to check out what will likely be the swankiest ballroom in town (none other than the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, of course), and we’ve been busy rolling up our sleeves to put on The Wedding Showcase presented by the InterContinental Hong Kong in early March, not to mention a number of glamorous weddings (including a few that will whisk us to faraway destinations!).

Whilst we are looking forward to more wedding bells, that is not to say we have forgotten about our lovely former brides and grooms and their memorable nuptials. Last year was in and of itself another milestone. From site visits in exotic locales, dramatic two-day setups to a near miss with a Typhoon 8 storm, we found joy in our work and our team did it with full dedication and heart. As we indulge ourselves in a little bit of nostalgia, we round out our top three favourite weddings of 2010.

Best of 2010 #1 An over-the-top romantic wedding at the InterContinental Ballroom

Best of 2010 #2: A proper English-style wedding, complete with a two day setup on a glorious day in the Hong Kong countryside

Best of 2010 #3: A dramatic and sophisticated red-and-black themed wedding at the Four Seasons Hong Kong

You’ll see more details of these events in our updated website & wedding gallery soon!
