Spring is in the air

Surprise birthdays are not always the easiest to pull off but earlier this year, we planned and executed an intimate 50th birthday brunch at The Envoy, a cocktail bar and dining room situated in the elegant Pottinger Hotel in the heart of Central. Guests were entertained from the moment they arrived and enjoyed a relaxed meal with close friends and family.
